The first Signature Premier Properties office opened in a little house in Huntington Village in 2007, during a crisis in the real estate industry. Relying on home-grown professionals, we quickly opened new offices in Huntington, Cold Spring Harbor, Northport, Dix Hills, Smithtown, Syosset, Babylon and a Corporate office in East Northport.
Signature Premier Properties’ owner, management and team of over 400 professionals are committed to giving back to the communities we serve. For example, our “Signature Cares” program helps fund annual holiday drives, such as local coat drives, food drives, Toys For Tots and other programs. In addition, Signature management encourages and supports individual activities by our agents on behalf of their respective communities.
